Plastic drinking bottles are sorted, cleaned and shredded into flakes that become the yarn the seat fabric is made from. A great choice for your child and the planet, this versatile wagon features two cushioned seats with three-point safety harnesses for security while the removable center console with two cup holders and storage pocket allows kids to share snacks, toys and drinks. Two additional cup holders for parents and side pockets ensure you can bring everything you need along for the adventure. The removable, UV blocking canopy and roll-down shades offer privacy and protection from the sun or rain. Easy to drive, it features swivel front wheels that allow you to effortlessly turn and pivot, as well as push and pull leatherette handles with adjustable heights. My tracking number is not working
90% of our orders have a tracking number, but some orders might not have one. If you need more information about your shipment, please contact us at admin@mapsho.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
You will receive your tracking number by email within a few days of placing your order. You can use it on our "Track Order" page. Ensure that you enter the code correctly, ideally by copying and pasting it for accuracy.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is shipped, we will send a notification email to your registered email address and the phone number you used during checkout.
The tracking number is usually available within a few days of dispatch. You can also check your order status on our online tracking page.

The tracking site says "delivered," but I haven't received my package
In some cases, postal tracking services mark the order as "delivered" when it arrives at your local post office, even if it hasn’t reached you yet. In such cases, please wait a few more days for delivery or contact your local post office to check if they are holding the package for you.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

My order did not arrive on time, what should I do?
If your items do not arrive within 45 business days from the purchase date for any reason, please contact us at admin@mapsho.com.

How is the package delivered?
This depends on your location and the product you ordered. The package may be delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office, with a notice left in your mailbox.
Most orders will be available for pickup at your local post office after you receive a notice. This also happens if the mail carrier attempted delivery but could not leave the package safely.

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE  shipping!

Where is my package shipped from?
Our warehouses are located in China and the United States, with most orders shipped from China. If you need more information, please contact us at admin@mapsho.com.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If you receive a damaged or faulty product from Mapsho, please send us photo or video proof of the damage, and we will send you a new item free of charge.

I entered the wrong shipping address or chose the wrong variant! Can I change it?
If this happens, please email us at admin@mapsho.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it, as orders are usually processed immediately after they are placed and often ship out the same day or the next day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we cannot stop it. Still, please reach out to us, and we will try to help as much as possible.
Please note that if we cannot cancel the order, we cannot offer a refund if the products were shipped to the wrong address.

My package is stuck in customs, what can I do?
Customs, postal services, and Mapsho are separate entities, so we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or local postal services.
The recipient is responsible for paying any customs charges and taxes, which will not be covered by Mapsho. If your order is held up in customs, we suggest contacting your country’s customs department to request the release of your package.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once an order is placed, the information is sent directly to the shipping department, which takes 1-3 business days to process. Afterward, the tracking codes are updated, and a shipping confirmation email is sent to the customer. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will try to assist you.
